MG3150 is a multiple mode limiting amplifier with LVPECL Output. The main signal path of MG3150 supports wide dynamic range burst mode (GPON/EPON OLT ) operation with DC coupled input. It has a much simplified user interface compared with alternative solution for GPON OLT application. Its fast Signal Detect (or Loss of Signal) circuit works with reset (GPON OLT) or without reset signal (EPON OLT or continuous mode ), supports simple single resistor threshold adjustment and provides selectable SD or LOS LVTTL output. This part operates from a single 3.3V power supply and draws a very low supply current of 45mA without load.
